Please take a moment to read and understand the terms and conditions posted on the Ex-Voto website. By placing an order on the Ex-Voto website (exvoto.ca) you agree to abide by these conditions. They apply to all transactions made via the www.exvoto.ca website:



RETURNS AND ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you request an order cancellation, a $5 handling fee, as well as a 4% non-refundable fee will be applied to offset PayPal and credit card transaction fees. Thank you for your understanding.

 

ITEM AVAILABILITY AND PROCESSING TIME
We promise to process your order as quickly as possible once payment has been accepted. Delivery times may vary according to availability. If we have the items in stock, your order will be dispatched within the times indicated on the Delivery and Returns page.

However, Ex-Voto cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery. In the event that an item ordered is no longer available, you will be informed by e-mail as soon as possible.

 

PRODUCTS
The colors of the products shown on this website have been reproduced as faithfully as possible. However, because the colors displayed vary from one display device to another, Ex-Voto cannot guarantee that the colors perceived on your screen correspond to the actual colors of the products.

Ex-Voto reserves the right, without notice or obligation, to discontinue products and services or to change specifications and prices.



PRICES
Prices shown on the site are in Canadian dollars, before taxes and shipping. Prices are payable in full in a single payment at the time of order. Ex-Voto reserves the right to modify its retail prices at any time and without notice.

 

ERRORS
Errors are always possible. In the event that the presentation of a product contains erroneous data (e.g. price or description) due to a typographical or other error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel all orders for this product. If a credit card has been charged for such an order, it will be credited for the full amount charged.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All illustrations, images and content on the exvoto.ca website are the exclusive property of Ex-Voto. The use of any Ex-Voto trademarks or trade names without the express written consent of Ex-Voto is strictly prohibited. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Anyone using this site assumes responsibility for the repair of any equipment used to connect to this site. In addition, Ex-Voto is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this site.

DELIVERY TIME
Please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery. This time may vary depending on the country and province of destination.

 

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping charges must be paid prior to shipment. We offer free shipping on orders of $150 or more within Canada.

Shipping costs are estimated according to the size and weight of the order. They are calculated at checkout in the online store.

 

TERMS OF DELIVERY
Ex-Voto is not responsible for loss, theft or breakage during shipping. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a complete address, including apartment or suite number. The recipient must ensure that his or her package can be received or left in a safe place. If the item ordered is not delivered and is returned to us by the postal service, shipping costs will be assumed by the recipient. The recipient will be informed of the receipt of the parcel by Ex-Voto and will have to pay for the new shipment.

It should also be noted that customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

The order can be cancelled and refunded under the conditions mentioned in the Returns and Order Cancellation section (a $5 handling fee, as well as 4% will be applied and will not be refunded, to compensate for PayPal and credit card transaction fees. Thank you for your understanding).

Shipping for small envelopes. If you choose this option and your purchase is not a card, we will contact you regarding shipping costs, which will extend the processing time. Refunds are also possible, with a $5 handling fee, as well as 4% that will be applied and not refunded, to offset PayPal and credit card transaction fees. Thank you for your understanding.

  • In-store pickup:

Orders can be picked up after the confirmation email has been sent. We can hold orders as long as needed. Pick-ups are made during store hours at 6534 St-Laurent Montreal Quebec H2S 3C6.

Return policy

 

RETURNS
Purchased items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. The returned item may be exchanged for an item of equal value, or a credit note of equal value may be issued.

Please note that returns will not be accepted on sale items or items expressly designated as “final sale”.

We do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Panties & swimwear bottoms
  • Intimacy products
  • Body products (nail polish, perfumes, body creams, etc.)
  • Earrings
  • Mirrors
  • Bink bottles
  • Sale products

As a general rule, products marked as final sale on the site cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when purchased, must not have been used and must be returned in its original packaging. In addition, the receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the returned item.

In this case, Ex-Voto will inform you by e-mail of the receipt of the returned item. The item will be accepted or refused, depending on its condition and/or the time elapsed since purchase.

When the return is accepted, arrangements will be made for the item to be exchanged or replaced by a credit note for the same amount as the price of the returned item.

Please note that postal charges are at the customer's expense and shipping costs are non-refundable.

FREE EXCHANGES
We offer free exchanges on defective or damaged items only. If you receive an item in poor condition, please excuse us and contact us by email at hello@exvoto.ca. We will replace your item as soon as possible.

 

 

MODIFICATION OF CONDITIONS


Ex-Voto reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

Any changes made to this Ex-Voto web site will supersede prior indications. Ex-Voto reserves the right to permanently discontinue or temporarily interrupt online activities relating to this website without notice. By using this website, you waive any recourse whatsoever against Ex-Voto.
