Shipping delay

Ex-Voto ship to Canada and United States. Allow a delay of 2-10 working days for orders shipped to Canada and the United States. These times may vary depending on the country and province you are in.


Shipping fees

Canada :

Shipping costs for Canada are 10$ or 15$ depending on the product. Free shipping on Canadian orders over 100$.

États-Unis :

Shipping costs for USA are 15$.


Shipping conditions

We are not responsible of any lost or damages caused by shipping.

Also, please note that duty fees are at your charge.




Our return policy is 30 days. We do not make any refund, only exchanges for the same item or credit notes of the same amount of the returned item.

Please note that we do not make any returns on sales or on items indicated as “final sale”.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as it was purchased, must be unused and must be in its original packaging. Then, be sure to send us your receipt or proof of purchase so we can complete the return.

If applicable, we will notify you by email that we have received your return and we will let you know if we approve or reject it depending on the condition of the product and / or the time elapsed since the date of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we will be able to exchange your item or we will offer you a credit note of the same amount as the price of the returned item.

Please note that postal charges will be at your expense and shipping charges are non-refundable.

We only exchange defective or damaged items. If you receive an item in poor condition, please excuse us and contact us by mail at hello@exvoto.ca.  We will replace your item as soon as possible.
